I posted a compaint, and it has 33 replies. About half are mine. It is on
teh list on the side of the page, the top 15 or whatever. I posted a
compliment and it has 0 replies. LOL.

well, i posted a letter today. It was an email that I had sent to Sears,
with no response. A friend suggested I try here, and I did. I guess the
feedback I took a little too personally. It goes to show that text doesnt
show emotion. What someone else may have typed out with all sincerity, I
may have read as angry. But that was pointed out to me, and I will try to
take things a little less personal. I really hope to find this website (and
it's members) a great tool to be used. Looking forward to seeing what comes
next.
