I carry a sack with a bunch of disposable lighters. You need fire. A pot,bowl, spoon, can opener and a knife. You can find food anywhere if you useyou head. What would you carry?
To answer your question I think it depends on where you are going and ifit's a quick exit or not. Sounds like survivor to me! Maybe a book on edible plant life hehe
