What the hell am I doing at the top of the list over there? Um. Hello,
everyone, I guess.

Anyways, I thought I'd eludicate a little more (because you're all so
interested, haha). I explained this in a few of my comments below, but I
certainly don't expect anyone to slog though comments if you're curious.

I originally discovered PFB through the childfree community on Livejournal,
mostly making fun of some of the parent-and-child related letters that had
been posted (no, I'm not trying to stir things up about that community, I'm
just giving some background). I came here expecting to poke a little fun
and, in all honestly, rile some people up. No, not the smartest or most
mature thing to do, but yeah, I'm not the smartest or most mature either.

Anyways, what I didn't expect was to find a community of such decent,
helpful, and intelligent people. I started hanging around more (especially
because it's worksafe and I'm coming to you most definitely from work) and
posting comments for letters on other topics, not just child/parent related
ones. Now I find that I've caused a whole lot of trouble and angered a lot
of people I otherwise would have regretted bothering.

So here I am, caught between my values (as extreme as they may be) and
wanting to make things right. I guess it's your choice if you want to
consider me a decent contributor, but I'm going to make an effort to be
less abrasive and less difficult.

I appreciate everyone's helpful comments. Honestly.

Of why you get the response you do. At least from me. I am one of the
Mommage Moms and I just can't stand people sitting in judgment of parents.
Especially those who have absolutely no idea of what it takes to raise one.
It happens all the time. You have your pet issues; I have mine.
