Is it just me or are most of the letters being posted on this site lately
lacking basic grammer skills? I can understand if English is not your first
language. How do people expect these companies to take their(take note on
how I used this word)complaints or comments seriously if the time is not
taken to write the letter correctly.

Your letter is not a text message. You need to spell words out correctly.
If you don't know how to spell them correctly, there is this wonderful book
called a "Dictionary" that tells you how to spell them

Punctuation needs to be used. If I start to read a letter which is one run
on sentence, I'll stop reading it.

Re-read your letter before you post it and if you are not sure if it is
correct, have someone else read it.
