How completely ridiculous! You really thought it was ok to bring your bicycle into a place of business?! What are you thinking? And parking a motorcycle outside the door is completely different. For one thing it is OUTSIDE! Let me tell you, if someone tried to bring their bicycle into my store, the only thing they would get from me would be the vacuum cleaner, to clean up the mess they made! If they then wrote a letter saying they would no longer frequent my establishment, I would do a little happy dance at the thought of being rid of such a dumbass for good!
