Egads, English must be your second language or something!

I don't mean to be so harsh, but this has got to be one of the worst written letters I've seen since 2nd grade. I get that you have a complaint, but I don't think with this kind of writing you will get very far. You better just phone up the manager or owner to discuss that. Better, you might want to tell someone your complaint and let them do the talking for you.
