Did you have it checked by a mechanic before you bought it? Did you even buy it from Cadillac? I see that you wrote the letter to GM and they indeed do own Cadillac. I will be honest, I did not read your letter. I tried to, but with the entire thing capitalized and no punctuation to be found, it was extremely hard to read, so I did not bother.

I think that the company may do the same think and send this to the delete file. Please try re-writing this letter with proper grammar, punctuation, use spell check and turn off the Caps Key Lock.

You really need to do your due dilligence when purchasing anything used, not sure if you did here. Was there a warranty?
