How did you do that? I have been calling, writing, & emaling Maytag for months. They finally called (after I contacted the bbb) saying that someone would be sent out to fix my "new" dishwasher that has been a lemon from the start. That was a week ago and I haven't been able to reach the person that called since.Duh!
