No satisfied with Jenny letter - write bad!
by MA Loper - Posted Thu March 15, 2007 @ 12:21 PM

Jenny,

While I sympathize that it appears you got a bad meal, the way you wrote this letter is far worse than that mushroom and HEAVY onion burger could have been.

When you write a letter like this to a company, it says, "I didn't really care enough about the bad service to write a decent, professional looking and sounding letter - I just want freebies."

I have to question how long the food sat in the window (i.e. between the time you called it in and the time you actually got there to pick it up.) If you are truly only 5 minutes away, it would have been difficult for this to happen.

And the last line cops some serious attitude for someone who wasn't even concerned enough to bother to take the issue up with the site when she was only 5 minutes away.

Also, if you are willing to write off a restaurant over one bad visit, you surely don't deserve any freebies.
