Wow, Tara, this is absolutely a terribly written letter. As others have already stated, there is absolutely no breaks for paragraphs, and the cursing shows a high lack of professionalism.
It really does sound that, by your own letter, the problems were far out of Delta's control. Where they could assist, in the matter of a hotel voucher, they did.
It does sound as if your claims for restitution were embellished, as others have pointed out. As such, I'd be surprised if you receive any response from Delta.
