Secondly, you don't get freebies for noticing someone failing to wash their hands after using the restroom when you CHOSE to eat there any way. Furthermore, why would you even WANT to eat there let alone go back again after witnessing that? I mean, seriously! Ewwww!

Finally, if you really want to get this taken care of, call your city Health Board (they're in the government pages of your phone book) and let THEM know what happened.

You won't get freebies, but I can bet that manager won't be waiting for a "more efficient time" when the inspectors show up.
