I swear - post Compliment Week and the letters are even more absurd than ever.

Where do they find these people? Is there some sort of special club for the reality-challenged?

There's one who doesn't have the good sense God gave her to go speak to a manager when all the "child friendly" carts are inaccessible (I can just see her with a roll of quarters trying to get at the carts in the front!) Another one who spews ignorance and intolerance, but is worried about a public school district promoting the "Gay Agenda."

Still another who can't understand why they won't let him make a purchase in a store over the phone with a credit card and then pick up his merchandise days later.

And lets not forget the one who can't hold on to her child and then expects the hotel she's at to comp her because her son tripped on a sign.
