$60 for wiper blades?? That seems a bit outrageous, unless they want to replace the whole wiper arm assembly and/or the wiper motor. If the wipers are scratching, then all you would need to replace are the wipers themselves (blades and the part that holds the blades), which you can buy at any auto parts store or the automotive section of dept. stores for about $30 for both, even the premium lines. Unless, does that quote also fix the windshield scratches?
