I don't get why they'd even look at your wiper blades, unless you can get some sort of all-around check of the car? I'd not trust anyone at Jiffy Lube to touch my truck, and I drive a slightly rusty 14-year-old red pickup with a topper. Nothing special. Car-X is as low as I'll go.

And good new wipers should cost around $15-$20. $60 is goofy.
