Your letter that is. I've been a Jiffy Lube customer for over 15 years and I've never experienced the type of possible upcharge damage incidents that you claim. I've used them at multiple locations in several states. Bottom line is I'm sure your wiper blades needed replacing and you're too cheap to pay for it yourself. Buck up bucko. Lastly, whenever I need anything additional replaced, they always show me the part so I can see for myself that it's worn out. And I've witnessed it coming off our out of my actual car. It's not a dummy part that they use to make more money on extras. They are a legitimate company. They don't cheat people.
