I wonder.....did it say something along the lines of "while supplies last" maybe? I would like to see this promotion that you recieved. If it didn't say anything about while supplies last or something that had to be done that you didn't do then they should send you the card. Even if it said something that you perhaps missed, they should still be better about explaning what happened to you.
