Here is something people never seem to grasp:
"I had fulfilled my contract and I am a perfect customer"

It is expected that you fulfill your contract and pay on time. It is not the exception to the rule. You are a NORMAL CUSTOMER.
A "Perfect Customer" pays early, pays more than they owe, and refuses the free phone or any discounts. A perfect customer does not complain when something does not go their way. You are only a customer not a perfect customer.
You are only as important as your wallet, nothing more.
