Don't understand what all the ranting and raving is about. Back in early January 2007 someone decided to go online and enter my cell number and lo and behold i received my statement with these bogus charges. I called Verizonwireless and said there was nothing they could do as it was billed from a third party vendor. When I called Tones4us it was an automated message that did not allow you to speak with any live person. Finally I logged into my verizonwireless account online complained and explained my dilemma with Tones. After my second email to Verizonwireless I expressed my disappointment at how they could allow anyone to submit cell phone numbers via the web and get charged. I am happy to announce I was credited about $43 and did not have to pay a single penny to those thieves.
