This one defies all logic...

I cannot get my money back on a service I never received! Seems that even though I never received the installation of a Sirius Satellite Radio, according to C.C. I cannot get my money back because the time frame for returns had passed...

They even sent one of the little wannabe gangbanger stereo installers to look inside my car to SEE if they had installed it or not!

If you're following this at all you realize that I have NOTHING to return! Nothing to "re-stock", Nothing to "re-box"...I have NOTHING...yet Circuit City gets to keep my 120.00 Bucks.

If thats not outright stealing, I dont know what is...
