But, just in case the OP comes back, I would recommend calling Guest Relations at 1-800-303-0308. They are the people the store calls for overrides so they ultimately have the final say.

For anyone else, you can call them and ask them any questions you may have about any aspect of Target. Or you can go to my blog and ask me, as I have actually worked in a Target store, where the Guest Relations person probably hasn't.
