The problem that I have is that this letter isnt going to a specific McDonalds restaurant. Its going to ALL McDonalds. I just dont think thats fair, because not all McDonalds do the things that you just pointed out.

There is a McDonalds down the street that we frequent often. For both dine in and drive thru. I have not one complaint about them. We always receive the proper items and always in a timely manner. I would hate for any of them to read this and think it pertained to them.
