OK, you can't claim they "ruined" your vacation when you VOLUNTEERED (that's the key here) to sit through the presentation.

Yes, they were pushy, they want you to buy something that nobody really wants or needs. They have to pull out every tactic they can find.

But you got reduced price attraction tickets in exchange. They just never said they'd leave you enough time to use them.

Personally, I wouldn't have signed up for the presentation in the first place, but I'd have made darn sure I got up and walked out after 90 minutes had passed.

Unless they barred the doors and refused to let you leave (which would have been illegal and an ENTIRELY different letter!) you were free to do the same.
