This is more the TSA's fault than United's. They should never have let this man past security with a cooler full of live crabs. You can file a complaint with them but all you'll get is a canned response.
I do think the Flight Attendants should have paid more attention when this guy boarded but I do feel the bulk of the blame belongs squarely on the shoulders of the TSA. If a toddler can't have his sippy cup, this guy should not have had live crabs.
