Just because YOU don't know what kind of computer or whatever you want because YOU didn't do the appropriate research and dropped that kind of cash on something you knew nothing about, Circuit City has to listen to you whine about some inexperienced kit at the store who was probably just covering someone's lunch.

Lesson learned: Do research about a product you want before you buy it just as you would a house or a car.

The return policy is CLEARLY written on the backs of ALL CC sales slips and posted in numerous places throughout the store.
