I'm not for or against WalMart in the big picture.
However, unless price is the only driver why would somebody buy something there when they know they don't stand a chabce in heck in getting repair and or tech support?
I look towards the big boxes that have tech support on site, but that it just me.
Pay a little more..but spend less time writing letters.
