If I got something as expensive as that that I couldn't use, I would certainly ask the person for the gift receipt. I honestly don't know why you wrote to Wal-Mart through Planet Feedback. I'm not a big fan of Wal-Mart, but if I was them I would tell you to either get the gift recipt or go ahead and sell it on E-Bay.

I don't know - this whole thing doesn't sound kosher to me. You're even saying you don't know if he purchased it at Wal-Mart yet you want to get a $400 credit there? Don't get this at all
