I'm a little late to this letter, but I still have to ask, if the bag seemed a little small/light, why oh why didn't you check it before you left. I would have been curious as to why it isn't as heavy as it should be and would have looked in. And why didn't you pack some food for your children to eat instead of letting them starve until 11pm to eat. You don't deserve payment for gas or time, it was your choice to go there and your choice to leave without checking your order.
