We're talking about the United States Postal Service. They provide a book to look-up zip codes and that's just the way it is - - and it doesn't matter if an "innocent 11 year old child" wants it or not. So your son was discourgaged because he had to follow the procedures set forth for all patrons of the USPS, huh? Tough.

I can't believe how pompous you were to give a USPS employee your business card and demand to be contacted by the Postmaster. Who in the world do you think you are?

You need to teach your son that rules are made for everyone and that includes him (and you).

You are the one that need to write a letter of apology.
