This letter would be much easier to read if divided into paragraphs. And I am just going to say this and I am not trying to be mean, but if you are going to use BIG words please make sure you know how to spell them or it just makes you look dumb. The one that jumped out at me immediately was laboratories....that should be lavatories, or how about just use Restrooms?
