But now, he's taken to telling a poster that I am an independent contractor working for the wireless carriers and insinuates that I am making money off the OP's.

This has gone too far and is downright defamatory. Despite being told again and again that I do not work for any telecom carrier, he keeps saying it and it has got to stop.

I can take him trolling around and posting his cut and paste advice. It's obvious he doesn't have an original thought in his head but when you lie about me, the gloves are off.

For the record, I am a Telecom Analyst. I've been a Telecom Analyst since 1979. I've worked for equipment providers, hospital and financial firms. I currently work for two firms, one a heating oil company handling their wireless needs. We currently have over 2500 cell phones. I've reduced their wireless expenses by over $50K per month. I run into the same problems everyone else does, early termination fees, billing problems, equipment failure and service outages.

In the afternoon I work from home for a UK based firm. I provision DSL, ISDN, POTS and Fractional T1's for our client, a worldwide employment firm. In doing so, I deal with all the major carriers (and many smaller ones) in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Here too, I run into the same problems everyone else does, missed due dates, inaccurate billing and service outages.

I think I am well positioned to offer advice on telecom issues. I have a feel for what they will or will not do for consumers. I am not always right and sometimes the carriers suprise me but I base my comments on my experience.

I don't know what can be done about rkcbw0314 but he cannot be allowed to lie about people.
