that people around here would rather assume that the OP is lying to get freebies than believe that a CSR was truly bad?

In my opinion, given that the issue should have been suitably resolved at the restaurant with the removal of the breadsticks from the bill, the manager's tone/attitude must have been significantly bad, enough so that it triggered the need to write this complaint.

Even if the manager's tone was professional, it still seems like overkill to me to re-state, yet again, for the third time that "breadsticks are not free."
