Sad Maybe? I don't know if it's just ME but does this seem like a bit much for one family to endure? A decison to dine at Red Lobster turned into "That was the biggest mistake ever." and goes into details no reasonable person should ever endure. I see sense enough to speak up to a hostess to ask for a refill, would it be that much more of a stretch to ask for a manager?

Instead, we somehow manage to consume the food and get our takeout order and we expect to get a full refund in the amount of Fifty Seven Dollars and Eighteen Cents, you know, for the service,food, or enjoyment they never got.
