Harleycat, yes I have seen both Doctor and Pharmacist make mistakes but in the original letter he stated the Doctor approved the Rx at which time the pharmacist should have filled it. For all the good pharmacist in the world you have the occasional @ssho!!e who believes he knows better than the Doctor, when nine out of ten he/she does not. That's just a fact. And yes I agree(can you believe WE agree on something?!) we are all a healthcare team and we all have our parts to play.
