It's good when it works both ways. I don't make the server pack my food, I always prefer they just give me the boxes. Sometimes my kids are funny about what goes in what box together and that shouldn't have to be the server's problem. I also clean up the table as much as possible without actually doing their job. I don't want the tip to get lost under something either if I'm not handing it to the person. I can't see taking just broccoli home either lol, but to each his own.
