Okay, please don't blast me for this...

I think her complaint is relatively valid. Yes, I understand the machines need to be cleaned, as they should every night. But if Whataburger is open until such and such time, then shouldn't all the items be available until the time of closing? If not, then the company and/or location needs to state something on the menu that says shakes and malts are only available until a certain time.

But calling the employees "freaking lazy" isn't necessary. And if she really is working until 11 p.m., how is she going to Whataburger at 8 or 9 p.m.? Hmmmmmm......
