Re: An Extremely Dissatisfied StubHub Customer

In view of the fact that you are "high in the corporate world", one would think that you would be far to intelligent to pay $250 for a $39.50 seat from an on-line reseller's website.
I just read their frequently asked questions and personally wouldn't buy a $7.00 movie ticket from them much less drop $%500 for two tickets to see Kathy Griffin or anyone else for that matter.
Bottom line? You didn't buy the tickets from StubHub - - you bought them from a third party who was responsible for accurately describing the location of the seats. If you want to get technical about it, you beef is with the person who actually sold the tickets - - no StubHub.
Go ahead and file all the complaints you want - - heck - - why not include the FCC, FTC, ATF and anyone else you can think of. Their "guarantee" appears pretty iron clad so your chances of a refund are slim at best.
