As a former CC employee I can remember not that long ago. CC sales people used to give a s**t what they sold to the customer, because their commission depended on it. If they sold you the wrong thing or you thought you were sold more than what you needed, you had 30 days to return the product with no restocking fee. Guess what? The sales person was charged back the commission for that sale. This always made sure they knew the products inside out and really listened to what you needed. Due to industry surveys, you the customer voiced your opinions that you didnt want to pay slightly higher prices for commission sales people (product knowledge and actually giving a s**t about the customer.) You wanted lower prices(Thanks WAL_MART) and less hassle (Thanks BEST_BUY). So suck it up, CC doesnt deserve all the blame. The consumers are mostly to blame for the poor service, be carefull what you ask for.
