I have to agree with dk.. there is NOTHING in your letter that says THEY called you. For all you know, it could have been a crank call who got your # out of a phone book. You seem like a total jerk. I would never want your business if I had a company. Grow up. Oh, and by the way.. #1-theres no official language for the US so yea.. and #2-spanish is more or less a primary language now, other than English.
