So, I got a letter today from World Pet Store

Funny how I didn't get a response until I filed a complaint to the BBB in Ohio against this company. I sent him back an email asking why my order showed as shipped when it was supposedly on back order and why wasn't I informed it was on backorder. I also told him to credit my money back to my Paypal account from where it came.

I'm sorry for the delay with your order. The pet tags are on back order and have been for a very long time. Your car number has expired from our system. If you please give me a call with your the # I will credit you back on the phone. If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know. Or I will try to call you on Monday.
