I recently purchased double pack of tall Nuby sippy cups from Target(I threw away packaging and receipt and I do not have the exact name or model info) and ran into a different problem. Right away my son could not get water out of it. The poor child was dehydrated until I realized the problem. I tried drinking from the cups myself and water would not come out. The incisions in the spout were very small. I had purchased Nuby cups before and previous ones seemed to work o.k., although some of them leaked. I tried making bigger incisions in the spout to match the older cups, but ended up ruining them. I am going to look for replacement spouts at Babies 'R' Us. However, I was hoping to find a customer service number for this company and request replacement spouts from them. Can anyone direct me to Nuby customer service number? I could not find one on their web site.
