Fake letter. You gotta wonder why someone would post something this badly written, especially when some parts of it are written very well. No one mis-spells 'conduct' as 'coundut' and then goes on to a phrase like 'that would treat customers as I was being treated'. Typos, maybe, but definitely not a letter intended to be sent to the company. It was, imo, intended to provoke comments from this site, and nothing more.
