I am failing to see the stereotypical and racial implications in the commercial. I am white, but I wouldn't get offended if the family was a white single mother family, and as pointed out below, I have seen KFC commericals with african american "complete" families. (personally i dont see an issue with single mother families, as long as the children are in a loving enviroment) and the example was the commerical with the drumstick bucket.

Personally, when I picture a single mother family, I dont picture race at all. Maybe because I actually know many single white mothers... hm.

I detest racism, and I fully aknowledge that it very much still exsists. (and it exsists in many forms... not just for african americans) But from what i gather from your letter, you seem to be trying to find racism where it doesnt exsist, just to cry "racist!"
