I recieved an e-mail from BBW:
Dear Lisa,
"Thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your
recent order. We sincerely regret that your experience was not a
completely positive one.
Please accept our sincerest apology for the damage caused to the product
labels by the tape. As a token of our apology, we are sending you a
$10.00 gift card for use online. This gift card should arrive at your
billing address within 7 to 10 business days. Additionally, we recommend
prompt removal of the tape upon arrival of your package as this will
decrease the chances of damage to the product label. "
Believe it or not, what I appreciate more than the gift card is the fact that it was not just a canned response, they took the time to write an actual e-mail.
