Talk about incompetent. I hate to say it, but there's no point cutting corners with legal matters. It'll just come back to haunt you.
That being said, I partially agree with Donno that they need to get you the correct items with the CORRECT name free of charge. But I do think they should give you at least a partial refund for the numerous errors they made. You are right that there is no excuse for that many mistakes to be made.
HOWEVER, the problems that you encountered over what you inferred from their shipment is not their fault. When dealing with anything that involves the law, I would have taken the time to double or even triple check what they sent and verified everything. The fact that you assumed that they had it all under control when they had specifically stated differently is your fault, not theirs.
I'm sorry that this turned out to be such a waste of your time and money, but a lot of the frustration could have been avoided by just making a quick confirmation when you saw it wasn't as you expected.
