As a member of the legal profession, I must say I am disgusted that they couldn't get your LLC's name right.

For future reference, you CAN incorporate a business yourself and most of the forms and fee schedules are available online for free.

There are many reputable companies out there from which you can order corporate supplies (Bloomburg Excelsior springs immediately to my mind) and do it yourself.
