I don't know what bizarre parallel universe you live in, but where the rest of us mere mortals reside, crap happens. Must be terribly frustrating to have to endure hassles and inconveniences like everybody else. My sympathies to have to be demeaned to the level of us ordinary folk.

They offered a comped meal. What the heck more do you expect from them??? They can't go back in time and if it came down to letting you blow up or wasting 5 hours of your precious time, I would hope you are rational enough to choose the latter.
