This person has demonstrated he has has nothing to offer here, and that he would like to use the site in a very selfish manner. First he says (in the Target stole $35 letter reply maybe a week ago) that "Target is the worst store on earth." Yesterday he said he will plan to shop at Target this Christmas season, in a *letter* to Target. A poorly written letter, with an offhand reference to the pharmacy. No supporting interaction or experience, just a comment. He also said he was leaving here for good, and came back a day later. His words mean nothing. I trust not many people here have any use for such a person's presence.

He is clearly trying to manipulate this site to his own purposes - get attention. He wrote that particular letter (and others) just to see them in the top whatever list. He admits that above. This isn't a place to play such juvenile games. The site has a much grander mission - allow consumers to send meaningful comments to companies. The "reply" function doesn't interfere with that in any way. The companies don't see the replies, unless they have a lot of time on their hands and come here to look for them. It does allow people with valid complaints to get assistance from people who go out of their way to research companies and policies, and then post a response. People with baseless complaints or bad attitudes are not treated with kid gloves. You are right about that. A lot have worked as CSR's, and have dealt with this stuff all day. So they have a nose for what is right and what isn't. There are cases of "high fives", which I guess is somewhat human nature. My first letter had a response like that, but I didn't take it personally. I lurked sometime more and figured out that people are really very helpful here.

However, if a person wants to come here and act like an ass, he/she will be treated like an ass. I don't know about you, but I show little attention to my ass. Except, of course, when I am dressing up for my ass clown routine.
