I don't hold Bush responsible for the death rates in Balitmore, Atlanta, New Orleans, Venezuela, Columbia, South Africa or Jamaica. It's not like he SENT people there, unlike Iraq, where he is directly responsible for the presence, injury and death of every American soldier, whatever their branch or service.

Along with the numbnuts who are in charge of the feuding factions, the idiots who recruit and arm suicide bombers, and everyone else who seems to think Iraq is a great place to get their grudge on, I hold him jointly responsible for the civilian deaths.
