he knew that going into it all, I still have no issues with trying in this case. I learned a few years ago to call once a year, complain about my rates, get put into a one year promotional plan and tell the CSR nicely "Thank you, talk to you in a year." In the end, I save hundreds of dollars a year that would otherwise be wasted on overpriced cable. :)

Others at my work have tried it with the same results as me.
