I agree, in part, with you. I am 50 years old.. old enough to think for myself and say what I want..as long as I don't purposefully offend anyone. But, in today's (annoyingly) politically correct society, employees are being forced to take "sides." They do, bottom line, work for a business and business makes money when customers are happy. After hours, they can say what they want!

I find it "ok" for employees to say what they have to say (to keep their jobs!) but, no one can force me to reply with the "correct" term of that year!

I will continue to say Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays or just "omg!! I'm sooo stressed out"..whenever I choose!! :)
